Copyright Clearance Center Signs Sales Representative Agreement with Reprints Desk for Rights Management Tool 'Rightsphere'
Combined Solution Helps Research-Intensive Companies Manage Rights to Content
Danvers, Mass., June 22, 2010 – Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), a not-for-profit organization that is the world's leading provider of copyright licensing solutions, has announced a sales representative agreement with Reprints Desk, wherein Reprints Desk will serve as an authorized sales representative for Rightsphere, the only CCC-validated rights management tool for accessing current and complete CCC license data and re-use permissions.
Joint CCC-Reprints Desk customers will be provided with additional customization and workflow integration options, saving them money and simplifying copyright compliance with respect to their re-use of licensed content. The agreement also helps simplify compliance for customers’ knowledge workers by integrating robust rights management capabilities into information retrieval workflows.
