Wikileaks has now reported on Twitter that it has achieved its minimum fundraising goal (http://twitter.com/wikileaks/statuses/8613426708) although it is currently still not offering access to its files of leaked documents.

Wikileaks (http://www.wikileaks.org) has now started releasing time-sensitive documents ahead of its relaunch, including several relating to the Icesave banking crisis in anticipation of the Icelandic referendum due on Saturday March 6.
